By using our window cleaning services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and that all services are provided by Speedy Squeegy, a California sole proprietorship ("Speedy Squeegy", "we", "our"). The Customer listed on is referred to herein as “Customer”, “you”, or “your”.
We offer professional window cleaning services for residential properties. Our services include interior window cleaning, as well as the cleaning of window screens, sills, tracks, and frames.
Customers are responsible for providing access to the windows that need cleaning. We require clear access to the windows, including the removal of any obstacles or items blocking the window area. Please ensure that pets are secured during the cleaning process.
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfers. A detailed invoice will be provided for all services rendered. Payment is due at, or before the Services are provided. If the Services are not paid for in advance, Speedy Squeegy will notify the specified customer for all Services rendered, with payment due immediately when the notification is provided based on the date or timestamp of our bill (the “Due Date”). Unpaid amounts will accrue interest beginning 3 business days after the Due Date at a rate of 1.5% per month, compounded monthly. We may stop work anytime payment is past due.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
If you notify us in writing, electronic mail, or orally via phone that you are not satisfied with our Services within 3 days of our date of Service, we will return to inspect and, if reasonably necessary, correct the issue. Please observe that notice more than 3 days after our date of Service will be subject to a $99 inspection charge. All Services are provided pursuant to the contract terms. Speedy Squeegy is dedicated to providing the highest level of service, at the fastest pace. We appreciate your business and value your satisfaction.
While we take utmost care during the cleaning process, we cannot be held liable for any damage to windows, window frames, or surrounding property caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, neglect, or post-service conditions that may arise from the use of industry standard x0000 steel wool, or razor blades that were pre-approved by the homeowner. Photos of the property's status will be taken before any provided service, and by recieving our services you acknowledge this.
We carry all insurance required by the state of California including workers compensation, auto insurance, and general liability. It is Customer’s responsibility to maintain adequate insurance coverage for Customer’s property.
Our team adheres to strict safety protocols during window cleaning operations. For your safety and ours, please refrain from approaching or obstructing our technicians while they are working.
We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information provided to us for the purpose of scheduling or payment.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
